- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product.
- Packaging: Please repack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment. The RA number must be clearly visible on the return package.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. If the product is in its original, unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your payment account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items:
